Living with mental ill health can affect the quality of sleep.  Sleep problems can also increase mental health problems. Certain medications can negatively impact sleep too, but there are a variety of actions, strategies and suggestions available that can help reduce the sleep problem. 


We provide sleep support training to care professionals working with and supporting people living with mental health problems

Information and Awareness Workshops

We can visit your support group to run a workshop full of handy hints and tips for a better night's sleep
